While they are generally good about cleaning up afterwards, they occasionally cause forest fires on particularly dry days. This Astromon can use its fire energy to heat up its axe, which is effective both for attacking and defending. Even without its axe, though, it is tenacious in battle. With their large frames and great axes, Tauruses are prepared to fend off any invaders that come their way. Interestingly, when they settle disputes with each other, they never use their weapons as somewhat of an unspoken rule. Of course, they still use their razor-sharp horns and tough hooves in hand-to-hand combat, which often make for more savage battles. Tauruses are powerful enough to survive on their own even in barren snowfields, but most of them serve as pack leaders. They are particularly conscious of maintaining bonds and supporting others, and will ensure the young and the weak are always placed in the center of the pack when traveling.
